CHAPTER 5- Fractions and Decimals
Chapter Test is Friday!!

Week of December 10 - 14

Monday: Review & Complete activites from last week. If time permits, discuss Think Link practice results.
HOMEWORK: NONE

Tuesday: Students will review Practice Test for the end of the 6th grade year Think Link. Discuss the student scores, objective mastery, overall percentage, and goals for tomorrow’s real assessment.
HOMEWORK: NONE

Wednesday: Students will continue review of chapter 5- Lessons 6 & 7 practice. Groups will play family fued.
HOMEWORK: none

Thursday: Chapter Recap and Review Chapter 5 with study guide. Text pages 210 - 212. Groups will work compete in Chapter 5 Video Mind Jogger.
HOMEWORK: Page 213 Practice Test

Friday: Classes will review homework and prepare to take Chapter 5 Test.

UpComing Math Events/Reminders

JANUARY: Ch. 6 : Adding and Subtracting Fractions and Ch. 7 : Multiplying and Dividing Fractions

Chapter 5 Test is Friday, December 14th.

Our 2nd Math Think Link Test has be rescheduled to next Wed., December 18th due to a conflict in sign-up.

We are going to begin contructing our mathematically sound Pyramids in January. We will be needing objects from home. Be on the look out for the list.
